Our Art Program seeks to instill an appreciation and love of art in each student, to awaken the student's awareness of how art enriches our lives and to help each student feel confident about his ability to use visual art to express himself. Students discover and explore the creative process through drawing, painting, weaving, printmaking, and sculpting.

The Resident Artist Awards:
To become a Resident Artist, students are nominated by their classmates and the art teachers. When a student nominates a classmate, he must write why he thinks the nominee’s work stands out and how he used the elements of art and principals of design in the artwork. The Resident Artist’s work is framed and displayed at Covenant Prep.
