Student Sponsorship Opportunities:
The key to establishing a meaningful, on-‐going relationship with Covenant Preparatory School is by sponsoring a student. The cost to provide the exceptional, rigorous, quality education for one student at Covenant Prep is approximately $10,000 per year. Covenant Prep seeks to obtain sponsors for each student for one-‐half of that amount. Therefore, to become a full Covenant Prep student sponsor for one year is $5,000. However, student sponsorships can be provided in one of several ways:
Full Sponsorship -‐ $5,000 per year
Partial Sponsorship -‐ $2,500 per year
Group Sponsorship – Several individuals collectively sponsor one student by sharing the $5,000 sponsorship
Student Sponsors receive updates from Covenant Prep on the progress of their student, including awards they receive. Students write letters to their sponsors at least three times per year. Sponsors are invited to various school events such as Open House, Science Fairs, Social Studies Fairs, Luncheons and Arts & Volunteer Appreciation Night, and are welcome to visit their student during school hours. The student sponsorship program provides sponsors with the opportunity to directly make a difference in the life of a student.
Teacher Sponsorship Opportunities
The cost of a full Covenant Prep teacher sponsorship for one year is $10,000.
Full Sponsorship - $10,000 per year
Partial Sponsorship -‐ $5,000 or $1,000 per year
Covenant Prep teachers are full-‐time volunteers and recent college graduates. In return for their work, they receive a small stipend, housing, and health insurance from Covenant Prep. Sponsoring a teacher helps Covenant Prep provide these items.
Program/Team Sponsorship
Persons interested in supporting Covenant Prep can also make annual contributions to specific programs, including arts, music, and athletics
Art Program – Full Support - $10,000 o Partial support -‐$2,500
Music Program -‐ Full Support - $10,000 o Partial Support-‐ $2,500
Science Program – Full Support - $10,000 o Partial Support -‐ $2,500
Library Support -‐ Full Support - $10,000 Partial Support -‐ $2,500
Athletic Teams -‐ $500 to $1,000
Help support Covenant Prep’s Golf, Cross Country, Soccer, Basketball, Baseball,
Lacrosse, Tennis, and Youth Rugby Teams.
