Covenant Preparatory School’s academic program combines rigor with support, requiring students to take responsibility for their success both in and out of the classroom. Covenant Prep students are expected to be academically and personally primed and polished. In addition to a core curriculum which focuses on English language arts, mathematics, social studies, and science, students also study art, music, physical education, and a course titled: Pathways to College & Career. As part of the extended day program, students engage in regular, structured study time.Students in 7th and 8th grades receive additional instruction in preparing for the Secondary School Admission Test (SSAT) and high school placement guidance.

Teaching and learning at Covenant Preparatory School is supported by technologies including a computer lab, iPads, and Chromebooks, innovative and exciting classroom applications, and SMART interactive whiteboards that allow teachers and students to take a hands-on approach in all subject areas.  Furthermore, students, families, and teachers are all connected through a web-based program that tracks important educational data and streamlines communication between the School and its students and their families/guardians.
