Youth Employment Program at Connecticut Landmarks, a Historic Preservation Organization

Connecticut Landmarks is a historical society that preserves historic buildings around Connecticut. Many of them are here in Hartford. The organization also has a youth employment program that provides an opportunity for 9 high school students each year (7 juniors and 2 seniors) to participate in a three-stage (summer, fall, and spring) experience where you learn job skills, help to preserve historic buildings in the Hartford area, and earn money at the same time! Students who participate for the full program are invited to apply to work as Museum Interpreters at the Butler-McCook House & Garden.
Check out the website for more information on how to apply! As always, let us know if we can help you in your applications!
