Ashley Washburn was a board member of Covenant Prep for seven years.  She is the founder and president of Asante Sana for Education in Tanzania.  This organization provides tools, education, medical support and mentors to foster the educational experience of children in Tanzania. Covenant Prep wanted to help with their mission by donating our unused textbooks and meeting some of the students via Skype.   Asante Sana for Education aims to improve lives and communities by providing educational opportunities to students of all ages and building schools in communities with no access to education, allowing students to pursue their educational ambitions in Tanzania and throughout the world.
